1. 协助实际场景中具身智能相关算法的开发与优化，涉及的问题包括但不限于：机器人技能学习与操作，6D位姿预测，模型部署，多模态大模型，大语言模型，视觉大模型，模仿学习，物体抓取等； 2. 协助嵌入式平台模型性能测试与优化； 3. 协助AI相关工具的开发与优化，包括但不限于数据处理及自动化标注工具开发，机器人仿真环境开发等； 4. 协助文档撰写和benchmark建立。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2. 熟悉Linux操作系统，熟悉 C++ 及 Python/Bash 开发，有扎实的编程功底； 3. 了解以下计算机视觉与机器人相关算法领域之一：机器人技能学习与操作，6D位姿估计，模型部署，多模态大模型，大语言模型，视觉大模型等等； 4. 熟悉相关研究领域的最新研究成果，公开数据集及开源系统； 5. 有良好的交流沟通能力和工作态度，及英文阅读能力。 加分项： 1. 熟悉模型部署算子实现，熟悉 CUDA/Triton/TVM/Warp/Jax 等框架； 2. 有大模型训练优化和训练框架深度使用经验； 3. 熟悉常用机器人物理引擎及仿真工具，如 PyBullet，IsaacGym，Mujoco, IsaacSim 等。
