1. 负责具身模型后训练框架的研发与维护：分布式训练、混合并行、checkpoint 管理、实验跟踪； 2. 跟进前沿后训练框架（RL/SFT/蒸馏管线）演进，保持自研框架与社区前沿的一致性与可迁移性； 3. 优化训练效率：数据加载管线、多机多卡扩展性、显存与吞吐优化； 4. 为算法同学提供稳定易用的训练基建，将框架开发从算法团队的兼职工作中剥离； 5. 与数据闭环、评测体系协同，打通「数据 → 训练 → 评测」的自动化链路。

1. 本科及以上学历，CS/AI 相关专业，3 年以上训练框架/ML Infra 经验； 2. 做过 LLM 后训练 Infra 或 VLA 后训练 Infra，熟悉 RLHF/DPO/SFT 管线的工程实现； 3. 精通 PyTorch 及分布式训练（FSDP、Megatron、DeepSpeed 至少其一）； 4. 熟悉 Ray/K8s 等任务调度，有多机多卡集群实战经验； 5. 强 Python 工程能力，有框架级代码设计与维护经验。
