岗位概述： 1、负责新产品导入批量生产，实现新产品的量产目标。 2、负责批量生产的工艺优化改善，提升生产效率和良率，降低生产成本。 岗位职责： 1、参与新产品设计方案的评审，负责新产品的可制造性评估，推动和协助研发优化改善设计，提升产品的可制造性。 2、主导新产品导入量产的试产验证，收集和反馈试产过程中的问题点并跟进解决，输出试产总结报告和工艺文件。 3、负责新产品制造工艺流程的设计，产线的规划和实施验证。 4、负责设计开发新产品的工装治具及设备，根据产品的工艺要求对工装治具进行验证。 5、主导新工艺、新技术的研究，并将新工艺新技术导入到正常的量产当中，提高批量生产的效率和产品的良率。 6、深入生产一线，掌握生产的效率和品质状况，积极协助生产部门解决生产异常问题。 7、负责生产员工进行生产作业的培训、考核和稽核。

任职要求： 1、学历： 统招本科及以上学历，机电一体化、自动化等相关专业。 2、经验： ①具备5年及以上机器人、汽车、电机或其他精密机械产品生产工艺设计和优化改善经验 ②有主导产品设计优化或工艺优化的成功案例 ③具备与前端研发进行技术沟通的能力和经验，能推动研发进行设计优化，提升产品的可制造性。 ④具备分析和解决复杂问题的能力，掌握科学的、系统的方法论和工具，如DOE、CPK、FMEA、VA/VE.....。 3、技能： ①熟悉精密机械产品的装配工艺、加工工艺、表面处理工艺。 ②具备扎实的机械设计理论知识，能分析产品的结构设计的合理性和评估可制造性。 ③具备较强的数据分析能力，能使用数据分析工具对产品生产过程中的数据进行归纳分析，并制定改善措施。 ④熟悉产品开发及新产品量产导入的流程，有新产品开发或导入量产经验。 ⑤具备较强的沟通协调能力，可以与研发进行技术沟通交流，并推动研发进行设计改善。 4、其他要求： ①良好的改善意识，具备严谨的逻辑思维、出色的分析问题和解决问题的能力。 ②良好的跨部门沟通协调能力。具备一定的抗压能力，能适应工作环境和工作任务的变化。
