1. 本科及以上学历，项目管理或理工类相关专业优先。 2. 具备 1-3 年研发或新产品开发项目管理经验，熟悉新产品开发流程。 3. 具备较强的沟通协调、项目推进及问题解决能力，能够适应不同类型及不同开发节奏的项目。 4. 英文听说读写能力中等以上。 5. 有机器人、汽车、消费电子等产品或行业经验优先。
