岗位职责： 1.主导非夕机器人应用产品的开发和设计工作，推进非夕机器人应用的标准化、模块化、批量化落地 2.参与应用产品全生命周期管理，负责产品从需求分析、概念设计到详细结构设计 3.负责非夕机器人应用方案的标准化，梳理非夕机器人典型应用和工艺方案，量化应用方案的关键性能指标和边界能力 4.负责应用产品的测试方案，搭建测试平台，完成性能测试与可靠性验证，分析数据并迭代改进设计，确保产品符合相关标准和客户需求 5.负责编写和整理产品开发过程中的各类技术文档，如设计图纸、技术规格书、测试报告、用户手册等，确保文档的完整性、准确性和规范性 6.负责将新产品顺利、高质量地导入到量产阶段，配合NPI工程师、生产、品质等部门解决设计与制造中的问题，管控风险并推动项目按期交付

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，机械设计、机电、自动化、机器人等相关专业 2.三年以上自动化设备或机电产品或机器人产品的开发设计经验，完整参与过至少一种硬件产品从研发到量产的流程，熟悉产品开发流程 3.熟悉AGV、机器人、电机等产品的结构原理和特性，熟悉常用自动化产品的选型和应用，具备复杂问题分析和解决能力 4.精通CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件，掌握材料选型、结构仿真、动力学仿真 5.有技术文档编写经验优先 6.有一定编程经验优先 7.逻辑清晰，良好的语言表达及团队协作能力，责任感强，工作认真细致
