独立负责产品电子硬件的全生命周期开发，能够根据产品需求完成器件选型、原理图设计、PCB Layout设计，并跟进打样、调试、试产及量产。 岗位职责 1. 原理图设计 1.1根据产品功能需求（如STM32/ESP32/Renesas等MCU、电源管理、传感器接口、通信接口等），独立完成硬件架构评估与方案设计。 1.2负责器件选型、原理图绘制、BOM整理及成本控制。 1.3输出设计文档（如设计说明、功能测试点规划）。 2. PCB Layout设计 2.1独立完成多层板（2-6层为主，视产品复杂度可扩展）的PCB布局与布线。 2.2具备良好的高速信号处理能力（如DDR、USB、HDMI、MIPI、Ethernet等）及电源完整性设计能力。 2.3能处理EMC/EMI设计，在Layout阶段预留滤波、屏蔽、地分割等优化措施。 2.4负责Gerber文件输出、工程确认及与PCB板厂的工程对接。 3. 调试与测试 3.1负责样板的焊接、上电调试、功能验证及故障排查（使用示波器、频谱仪、万用表等）。 3.2协助软件工程师进行驱动调试，配合完成硬件底层接口验证。 4. 文档与转产 4.1撰写硬件测试报告、设计文档、DFM（可制造性设计）报告。 4.2配合结构工程师完成堆叠与限高检查，配合产线完成试产及量产问题闭环。

1.学历经验： 本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化、仪器科学等相关专业；5年以上硬件开发经验（优秀者可放宽至3年）。 2.原理图工具： 熟练使用至少一种主流EDA工具（如 Altium Designer、Cadence (OrCAD)、PADS 或 KiCad）。 3.Layout工具： 能够使用上述工具的Layout模块独立完成整板设计。提供过往独立完成的Layout作品（截图或工程文件示意）者优先。 4.调试能力： 熟练使用示波器、信号发生器、电子负载、LCR电桥等设备。 5.基础知识： 扎实的模拟/数字电路基础，精通电源拓扑（Buck/Boost/LDO）、时钟电路、接口防护电路设计。 6.软性能力： -具备“设计即考虑生产”的意识，了解SMT工艺、PCB可制造性及DFM规则。 -能看懂英文Datasheet（器件手册）。 -逻辑清晰，具备独立定位硬件Bug的能力，不推诿问题。 加分项 -有EMC测试与整改（静电、浪涌、辐射发射）实际项目经验。 -有低功耗、电池供电类产品（可穿戴、IoT传感器等）设计经验。 -有射频电路（如Wi-Fi/蓝牙/LoRa/Zigbee）布局经验。 -能独立进行热设计仿真或信号完整性仿真。 -熟悉 FPGA 或嵌入式C语言基础（能看懂寄存器配置）。
