岗位职责： 1. 负责公司自动化产线设备产线的评审、规划、设计及改进工作，方案评估，成本核算，3D/2D设计，仿真，核心工艺测试，技术协议撰写，装配调试，验收交付等 2. 负责机械零部件结构设计、仿真校核、制图、BOM整理下发及优化，完成设计制作零件/工具/设备的打样装配，测试和调试 3. 建立内部技术规范 完成编制设计文档、技术报告及BOM表，确保设计过程的可追溯性 4. 负责机械团队日常管理、任务分配、技术指导、新人带教，持续完善部门标准化 4. 指导团队成员工作，审核团队的工作内容，确保设计、图纸、文档的规范性、完整性、和准确性 5. 参与跨团队合作，与电气，软件，项目，运营等部门密切合作，协同解决问题

任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历，机械设计、机电、自动化等相关专业 2. 具有5年以上机械设计或开发设计经验，机器人自动化行业工作经验者优先，有技术团队管理或项目管理经验优先 3. 精通机械设计，机械原理，具备丰富的机器人集成项目或自动化产线自动化经验，有非标自动化产线设备的设计和交付能力 4. 有精密装配、拧紧、复合机器人、AGV应用经验优先， 4. 熟练掌握CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件及Office办公软件，同时了解Visual Components等自动化仿真软件，有限元分析软件等优先 5. 熟悉机械标准件的工作原理以及选型（各种传动，液压气动元件，电机，传感器等） 6. 逻辑清晰、故障排查及项目统筹能力强，沟通协作优秀，责任感强，工作认真细致
