岗位职责： 1. 负责整机电气方案设计、元器件选型、BOM清单编制及成本优化，绘制电气图纸 2. 负责PLC、HMI、机器人、AGV、伺服程序架构开发，搭建电气程序标准化体系，输出模块化高质量通用程序 3. 参与CE\UL等认证设备的电气设计，负责电气安全设计、原理图与元器件选型，编制电气相关技术文件，执行安全与EMC测试 4.参与设备出厂调试、整机测试、功能验证，完成客户现场调试、问题排查与技术整改，保障项目进度 5. 负责编写和整理产品开发过程中的各类技术文档，如电气图纸、电气程序、技术规格书、测试报告、用户手册等，确保文档的完整性、准确性和规范性

任职要求： 1. 电气自动化、机电一体化、机器人等相关专业 2. 精通PLC编程(西门子1200/1500，AB ControlLogix/CompactLogix，三菱FX/Q系列)，熟悉常见通讯协议(Profibus、Profinet、ModbusTCP、CANopen)，能独立完成复杂控制逻辑开发，有技术团队管理经验或项目管理优先 3. 有主导或参与整机设备认证经验优先 3. 精通PLC、HMI编程、伺服控制、气动技术、Eplan，熟练使用ST语言，了解机器人控制原理优先，有AGV调试和调度系统调试经验者优先 4. 具备完整的电气方案设计、图纸绘制、程序开发、现场调试经验 5. 有编程经验，有工业MES对接，上位机开发对接经验优先 6. 逻辑清晰、故障排查及项目统筹能力强，沟通协作优秀，责任感强，工作认真细致
