岗位概述： 1.针对服务器、光通信等AI基础设施相关产业链开发的专职销售 岗位职责： 1.熟悉AI基础设施产业（行业趋势、终端、集成商、工艺、自动化现状等），有相关自动化开发的经验； 2.结合公司产品特点，挖掘客户需求并提供相对应的解决方案； 3.客户及项目的推进有策略及计划性，能逐渐形成POC项目、批量性订单； 4.与关键决策人建立良好信任关系，完成销售目标、回款及相关销售支撑性工作； 5.定期收集市场信息和竞争对手动态，为公司制定市场策略提供依据。

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，自动化、机电、电子信息、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关专业优先； 2.8年以上工作经验，5年以上自动化相关领域销售经验； 3.熟悉服务器、光通信等AI基础设施相关产业链的生产制程、自动化现状及趋势； 4.具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握公司产品和技术特点； 5.具备较强的沟通能力和人际交往能力，能够与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系； 6.具备良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，能够配合公司内部团队完成销售目标； 7.能吃苦，抗压能力强，能适应不定期、较频繁的出差。
