岗位职责： 1. 主导自动化项目的方案规划设计、成本测算，对设备功能、参数指标进行最终确认，确保技术方案的可行性和合理性 2. 审核设备的总体设计，识别并管控重大技术风险，把控自动化设备从方案评审、组装调试、现场交付到最终验收的全过程，解决调试过程中的疑难杂症，确保设备的顺利部署和验收 3. 深度参与客户的早期技术交流，将技术与业务场景深度融合，持续迭代技术路线，确保解决方案的竞争力 4. 协调处理与商务、运营、项目团队等跨部门跨团队的合作，建立高效的技术支持与协作流程 5. 负责技术团队的搭建与日常管理，建立内部技术规范，沉淀积累项目经验，建立内部技术培训和成长机制

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、机电、自动化、机器人等相关专业，8年以上工作经验，3年以上技术团队管理经验 2. 具备工业自动化和机器人等专业知识背景，具备机械、电气技术功底，精通机械结构设计和机械制造工艺，深入理解自动化控制、机器人控制原理 3. 有汽车、3C等行业自动化生产线项目实施交付经验，能独立统筹复杂项目，具备较强的技术决策与风险把控能力 4. 具备优秀的的团队管理、跨部门沟通协调能力 5. 责任心强，能承受工作压力，逻辑严谨，有良好职业操守
