1. 合同管理与审核：起草、审核、修订及管理各类商业合同与法律文件，包括但不限于技术开发合同、软硬件采购合同、销售合同、合作伙伴协议、保密协议（NDA）、服务协议等。 2. 公司治理与合规：负责集团公司各公司内部的治理结构，确保其符合法律法规要求；协助新设公司以及既有公司注册信息的日常维护和更新；建立和完善公司内部合规体系，协助制定相关规章制度；应对政府监管行动，处理法律纠纷和诉讼事务。 3. 日常法律咨询与培训：为各部门（研发、销售、市场、人力资源等）提供及时、准确的法律咨询和解决方案；定期协助组织法律知识培训，提升全员法律意识。 4. 知识产权保护：协助处理公司知识产权事宜，对接与外部律所的合作，处理知识产权侵权风险防范及争议解决。 5. 投融资支持：参与公司的股权融资、债权融资等项目，负责相关法律文件的审核、尽职调查的协调以及交易流程的法律支持。

1. 国内外知名院校法学本科及以上学历，已通过国家统一法律职业资格考试。 2. 5年及以上法律实务经验，具有律所科技/投融资/知识产权/数据安全/出口管制/合规领域执业经验，或知名科技公司/互联网公司（尤其是硬件、人工智能、机器人领域）法务工作经验。 3. 精通公司法、合同法、知识产权法、网络安全与数据合规、出口管制等相关法律法规。 4. 具备出色的合同起草、审核和谈判能力。 5. 优秀的逻辑思维能力、分析判断能力、沟通协调能力及解决问题的能力。 6. 具备强烈的责任心和职业道德，能承受较强的工作压力。 优先考虑： 具有机器人、人工智能或高端制造业相关行业或涉外法务支持、数据合规、出口管制等方面的法律经验。
