The posting

岗位职责： 1. 负责双臂及多自由度机器人运动规划、轨迹生成和控制算法的设计、开发与优化 2. 优化关节空间、笛卡尔空间轨迹规划、轨迹插值、时间参数化及轨迹平滑等功能 3. 针对双臂协同、腰部关节及移动底盘等系统，研究运动学、冗余度、奇异位形、关节限位等问题 4. 参与机器人全身运动控制算法开发，实现多关节、多执行器之间的协调运动 5. 参与位置/力混合控制、阻抗控制、导纳控制等柔顺控制算法的开发与应用 6. 将算法封装为稳定、易用的产品软件功能和接口，并完成仿真及真实机器人验证 7. 支持机器人产品及实际项目落地，根据具体应用需求进行算法适配、参数优化和现场调试 8. 分析和解决机器人实际运行中的轨迹不平滑、跟踪误差、运动抖动、双臂协同及接触稳定性等问题 9. 与控制、感知、软件及应用团队协作，推动算法从开发、产品化到项目落地

任职要求： 1. 硕士及以上学历，机器人、自动化、控制、机械、计算机等相关专业 2. 具备机器人算法开发经验，有双臂机器人、机械臂、工业机器人或移动机器人经验者优先 3. 掌握机器人运动学基础，包括正/逆运动学、雅可比矩阵、奇异性等 4. 了解机器人轨迹规划、轨迹插值及轨迹平滑等基本方法 5. 具备一定的机器人控制基础，了解 PID、前馈控制等常用方法 6. 对机器人动力学、全身控制、力/位混合控制或柔顺控制有一定了解或实践经验 7. 熟悉 C++ 或 Python，具备良好的算法实现能力 8. 具备较好的问题分析和工程实践能力，能够通过实验数据定位和解决实际机器人问题 9. 具有良好的沟通协作能力，能够配合项目及应用团队完成产品落地

加分项： 1. 有双臂协同、全身控制（Whole-Body Control）或移动操作（Mobile Manipulation）经验 2. 有力/位混合控制、阻抗/导纳控制、力控装配或接触任务相关经验 3. 有冗余机械臂、零空间运动、避奇异、关节限位处理等经验 4. 熟悉样条曲线、时间参数化、速度/加速度/加加速度约束等轨迹生成方法 5. 有机器人动力学、前馈控制、摩擦补偿或扰动观测相关经验 6. 有真实机器人调试及项目交付经验
