岗位职责： 1、负责机器人现场调试、陪产，及时解决机器人在调试中遇到的应用及工艺难点问题，编制项目技术资料，完成项目现场培训交付； 2、对接研发和赋能中心团队及时接受机器人及周边产品应用技术培训，并能快速转化为专项技术能力； 3、完成机器人及周边产品的软硬件及系统故障诊断，解决客户在生产维护及售后维修维护中的技术难题，将故障信息收集并及时反馈质量部门； 4、汇总项目中碰到的机器人问题，对非夕机器人产品在用户体验及质量提升上，积极提出改善意见与建议； 5、完成海外团队、外协、生态、集成商等机器人工程师的能力建设，确保机器人调试项目高效交付； 6、负责海外服务支持中心的管理工作，确保团队技术能力，售后响应时效满足海外市场快速发展需求； 7、协助直线领导完成海外本地化服务中心及服务资源的规划，完成海外服务中心及授权服务商的技术培训和能力考核； 8、协助直线领导及商务运营完成海外授权服务商的管理、评定及考核制度的制定； 9、其他上级主管安排的相关事宜。

任职要求： 1、机器人、机械自动化、电气自动化、机电一体化、电子信息工程、计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历; 2、有3年以上海外市场（东南亚、日本、欧洲）机器人调试及售后维修维护经验； 3、具备电气及机械基础能力，熟悉工控原理，熟知常用的工控现场总线协议，并至少熟知一种机器编程语言； 4、较强的动手、现场沟通应变及管理协调能力； 5、能承受一定的工作强度和压力，可接受不定时工作制，并乐于出差； 6、有视觉应用，Linux系统、C++或Python编程基础，熟悉API、ROS等的接口调用； 7、英文听说读写熟练，口语可作为工作语言熟练沟通； 8、有团队管理经验或服务商管理经验优先； 9、能适应面向欧洲时差的支持性工作。
