【岗位职责】 1. 负责FCS客户服务平台的重构，以及非夕学院（培训平台与社区平台）与相应平台的后管平台的搭建，梳理业务流程与系统现状，输出详细的PRD文档，并持续跟踪到功能验收 2. 与用户体验设计师一起共同参与前期的用户访谈，需求梳理，战略层设计等工作，将调研洞察转化为可落地的产品方案 3. 协调/监督项目实施，包括沟通、会议、项目管理，项目验收文档撰写等运营工作 4. 负责平台后续的运维与持续升级迭代与GTM工作，与商务以及市场同事沟通GTM策略并执行，对平台活跃、留存、满意度等核心指标负责

【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、项目管理等相关专业优先，3年及以上产品经理工作经验 2. 熟练使用至少一种AI coding工具，例如Cursor、Claude Code、GitHub Copilot等，能借助AI工具高效完成原型、文档与数据分析 3. 熟悉至少一种编程语言，如Python、Java等，能与研发团队高效沟通技术方案 4. 具备完整的产品生命周期管理经验，能独立完成从需求调研、PRD撰写到上线验收的闭环 5. 优秀的数据分析能力和跨团队沟通协调能力 6. 良好的文笔书写
