负责生产过程/售后的质量管控，监控过程及售后质量数据，持续提升产品品质。

岗位职责： 1、主要负责机器人及配套产品的生产制程、出货、售后等环节的质量管理； 2、编制并持续完善生产制程、出货的检验规范、标准、质量控制计划等质量相关文件； 3、主导生产质量早会（QRQC）、公司质量周例会，推动生产、售后等质量问题的闭环，确保质量问题的有效解决； 4、对存在或潜在的质量问题，主导处理具体问题，并提出纠正预防措施，跟踪验证实施效果； 5、执行公司产品质量标准，统计、分析质量数据，输出报告，持续策划推动生产制程各种质量改善活动； 6、主导生产/售后重大质量问题的及时处理以及推动预防改善措施落地。

1、全日制本科及以上学历；电子、机械、自动化或电气相关专业； 2、了解工业机器人产品的组成和生产模式，5年以上的制程、出货、售后质量管理经验，主导过相关工作，具有机械、电子电气、自动化等方面的知识，能阅读机械零件、装配图纸； 3、熟悉并能熟练运用质量管控、分析和改善的流程和手法，保证专业优质的工作协助和产出（比如FAI、8D等质量报告），确保项目和生产顺利进行； 4、熟练运用统计分析工具（如MSA、SPC、CPK、GRR等）进行数据统计分析及分析，对质量数据敏感，强烈的量化和工作闭环思维，良好的质量意识； 5、熟悉ISO9001或IATF16949质量体系及运作，能灵活的与实际工作结合； 6、优秀的沟通协调能力，实事求是，严谨细致，积极主动，高度责任心和合作精神。
