1. 培训体系从0到1搭建：主导覆盖研发、销售、生产、职能等全业务板块的培训体系架构设计，输出完整的培训管理制度、标准化流程及SOP文件，夯实培训运营基础。 2. 年度培训规划与预算管控：独立完成年度培训需求调研与整体规划，编制培训方案及预算；建立预算执行追踪机制，确保费用使用合规、透明、高效。 3. 培训项目执行与闭环管理： - 协同各业务部门落实年度业务培训计划，确保培训内容与业务场景深度匹配； - 负责新员工培训课程设计，全流程跟踪新员工培训实施与融入效果； 4. 合规培训与审计管理： - 统筹年度系统培训及合规培训，确保符合ISO、EHS等体系认证要求及企业合规标准； - 完善培训档案管理、效果评估与结果追踪全流程机制，确保所有记录符合上市公司内控要求及外部审计标准，实现培训投入可衡量、可追溯。 5. 知识沉淀与AI赋能： - 主导及联合业务部门完成培训课程开发，持续迭代并管理内部课程知识库； - 建立内部讲师培育机制，搭建并运营内部讲师团队，促进组织经验沉淀； - 利用AI工具赋能培训全流程，加速AI培训工具落地应用，探索AI驱动的学习体验创新，提升培训参与率与学习效果。 5. 外部合作伙伴管理：负责外部培训供应商的选型、合同管理及年度绩效评估，确保合作质量与交付效果达成预期。 6. 业务协同与人才盘点支持：深入理解各部门工作场景与痛点，协助HRBP开展人才盘点工作，并从人才发展视角提供针对性的培训解决方案。 7. 人才发展体系建设支持：协助主管搭建胜任力模型与评估体系，开发配套课程并推动模型在人才发展工作中的落地应用。

1.5年以上TD/L&D经验，有过主导或独立搭建培训体系的经验。 2.高科技、硬科技行业背景，覆盖研发与生产。 3.熟悉ISO、EHS、ESG等体系培训需求。 4.熟悉AI工具，有运用AI赋能TD L&D的经验。 5.英语可熟练读写，可支持海外基础培训。
