负责公司产品全球认证项目管理，主导多国合规准入（如CE、UL等），确保产品全生命周期合规。协同研发、采购、法务及外部实验室，制定认证计划，管控周期与成本，应对法规更新及市场准入风险。要求熟悉国际认证流程与标准，具备优秀跨部门沟通与风险管理能力，英文可作为工作语言。

岗位职责 1. 认证需求收集与策划 对接各研发部门及产品经理提出的产品认证需求，进行识别并整理确认; 根据产品出货地区/市场等规划，提供对应市场的产品认证标准参考方案； 2. 认证方案制定与协调 联络并评估产品认证公司，整理产品认证方案； 协调产品认证机构与公司内部技术部门，拉齐需求并沟通确认； 确定最终产品认证计划； 3. 商务推进 完成认证服务的询比价工作； 推进商务合同的签订与执行； 4. 申请与测试管理 协调认证申请资料的准备、内部沟通与递交； 协调产品认证测试过程中，可能的异常环节沟通； 协调公司各部门完成认证机构现场技术审核； 5. 报告与档案管理 确认产品认证报告结果； 整理并归档认证文档； 在公司内部进行认证结果与关键信息分享； 6. 法规与标准追踪 识别和追踪目标市场法规及产品测试标准的更新； 评估目标市场法规及产品测试标准更新对公司现有产品及在研产品的影响； 维护产品认证报告的最新有效性； 7. 认证规划与体系 年度产品认证预算管理； 产品认证与合规体系搭建；

1. 专业知识储备 熟悉机器人行业产品认证要求、相关法规及行业惯例; 熟悉电气类产品（尤其是机器人）认证知识； 熟悉电池类产品认证知识； 熟悉目标市场对机器人产品准入的认证要求与流程，覆盖欧洲（CE）、英国（UKCA）、德国（GS）、北美/美国（UL、FCC）、日本（PSE）、韩国（KC）等主要市场; 熟练掌握 CE、UL、CCC、FCC 等常见产品认证标准及测试要求; 熟悉产品认证全生命周期过程管理; 2. 商务与协调能力 具备询价、议价及商务合同谈判能力; 能够独立完成认证机构的比价、评估与选择; 3. 行业认知 熟悉国内外主要产品认证机构（如 TÜV、SGS、DEKRA、Intertek、BV、CQC等）的运作模式与优势领域; 了解行业认证公司动态，能快速匹配合适的认证资源;
