我们正在构建面向具身智能（Embodied AI）的数据采集与设备端系统，为机器人感知、行为决策和多模态模型训练提供稳定可靠的数据基础设施。 该岗位主要负责具身智能数采终端的软件开发，前期以基于 Linux 的 C++ 开发为主，负责数采终端 Agent、设备控制、数据管理以及数据上传等核心功能；后期可能参与简单的 Android 端应用或工具开发。 你将与算法、机器人硬件、云平台及数据团队紧密合作，共同打造高性能、高可靠、易维护的端侧软件系统。

工作职责： 1. 负责 Linux 数采终端 Agent 的设计、开发、维护和性能优化； 2. 负责机器人及数据采集设备的端侧软件开发，包括设备连接、状态管理、控制指令执行和异常处理；

1. 计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 熟悉 Linux 环境下的 C/C++ 开发，具备良好的 C++ 编程基础和工程实践能力； 3. 具备较强的问题定位和调试能力，能够使用日志、调试器、性能分析工具解决端侧问题； 4. 具备良好的代码规范意识、模块设计能力和工程质量意识； 5. 拥抱 AI 和新技术，了解 AI Coding、Vibe Coding 等开发方式，能够使用相关工具提升开发效率； 6. 能够对 AI 生成的代码进行理解、审查、测试和重构，具备基本的安全性、可靠性和可维护性判断能力； 7. 学习能力强，能够独立推进需求并完成从开发、联调到上线的闭环交付； 8. 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队协作意识。
