Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandiosos productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando un HR Advisor ubicado en Guadalajara, Norte.

Reportando al DL Sourcing & Recruiting Manager el rol del HR Advisor es responsable de brindar soporte administrativo y analítico a los procesos de Recursos Humanos. La posición tiene un enfoque en la administración de datos, procesos de onboarding de alto volumen y apoyo a los equipos de Reclutamiento y Recursos Humanos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos y la calidad de la información.

Cómo luce un típico día de trabajo:

  • Brindar soporte administrativo a los procesos de Recursos Humanos relacionados con ingreso de personal y administración de datos.
  • Apoyar al equipo de Reclutamiento y Onboarding en la gestión y seguimiento de nuevos ingresos.
  • Capturar, validar, actualizar y mantener información de empleados en sistemas ERP y plataformas de RH.
  • Administrar grandes volúmenes de información, garantizando precisión y atención al detalle.
  • Dar seguimiento a documentación, aprobaciones y requerimientos necesarios para la incorporación de empleados.
  • Generar, actualizar y analizar reportes utilizando Excel avanzado y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Ejecutar consultas, validaciones y seguimiento de bases de datos para garantizar la integridad de la información.
  • Identificar discrepancias en la información y coordinar su resolución con las áreas correspondientes.
  • Colaborar con reclutadores, managers y diferentes stakeholders para asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos y fechas establecidas.
  • Mantener registros actualizados para fines de auditoría, seguimiento y métricas internas.
  • Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua relacionadas con procesos y manejo de información.

La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:

  • Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Negocios o carrera afín.
  • Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas avanzadas, cruces de información y manejo de bases de datos).
  • Experiencia utilizando macros y consultas para análisis y validación de información.
  • Manejo de ERP o sistemas de Recursos Humanos (Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors o similares).
  • Elaboración y análisis de reportes.
  • Gestión y mantenimiento de bases de datos.
  • Disponibilidad de horario.
  • Inglés intermedio deseable.
