Job Summary

Buscamos un Supply Chain Analyst que será responsable de desarrollar estrategias de abastecimiento y negociación de materiales, optimizar costos y asegurar la disponibilidad de componentes para la operación.

La posición trabaja de cerca con clientes, proveedores y equipos internos para mejorar el desempeño financiero de materiales y garantizar la continuidad del suministro.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Desarrollar estrategias de sourcing y negociación de precios de materiales.
  • Gestionar costos de componentes a nivel local, regional y global.
  • Analizar el desempeño financiero de materiales e implementar acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinar estrategias de abastecimiento con clientes y equipos de Supply Chain.
  • Identificar oportunidades de reducción de costos y mejora de márgenes.
  • Participar en lanzamientos de nuevos proyectos y resolver temas relacionados con costos de materiales.

Gestión de Proveedores

  • Negociar contratos y acuerdos comerciales con proveedores.
  • Mantener y fortalecer relaciones estratégicas con proveedores.
  • Monitorear variaciones de precios (PPV) y desarrollar planes de acción.
  • Gestionar riesgos de escasez y exceso de inventario.
  • Participar en equipos regionales y globales de commodities.

Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro con Clientes

  • Realizar revisiones de costos de materiales.
  • Impulsar iniciativas para mejorar los márgenes de materiales.
  • Administrar procesos de conciliación relacionados con PPV, fletes, inventarios obsoletos y cargos adicionales.
  • Identificar oportunidades para incrementar el negocio turnkey.
  • Coordinar revisiones periódicas de variaciones de precio.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura concluida.
  • Experiencia en Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management o áreas afines.
  • Conocimiento sólido de costos, finanzas de materiales y mercado de componentes electrónicos.
  • Experiencia en manufactura electrónica (EMS/OEM).
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
