UNCAGE YOUR AMBITION as a Growth Marketing Specialist

We are FlightHub Group, an ambitious team of people that created FlightHub and Justfly. Our brands have grown to become two of the top-ranked travel agencies in North America. We now serve over 3 million customers per year, generating more than 3 billion dollars in sales, and we continue to grow stronger year over year. We dream big, pursue passionately, and follow through with resolute self-belief and rigorous commitment. We are a group of individuals sharing a common vision and values, having come together to pursue a collective mission: overtaking the #1 spot in the world.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes Google Ads. You're the person who can open an account, spot what's leaking money in minutes, and come back with a test plan to fix it. You pair sharp analytical thinking with real creativity: you write ad copy that wins, design experiments that prove it, and turn the results into revenue.

You will own paid search performance for FlightHub's hotel and vacation package business, one of our biggest growth bets. You'll have real budget, real autonomy, and direct access to millions of customer interactions to learn from.

What You'll Do

  • Own our Google Ads accounts end to end: strategy, structure, build, bidding, budgets and day-to-day optimization across Search and Travel/Hotel campaigns.
  • Drive profitable growth: hit and beat ROAS, CPA and revenue targets while scaling spend responsibly.
  • Master Smart Bidding: configure and tune tROAS, tCPA and value-based bidding, and know when (and how) to override the algorithm.
  • Run a constant testing program: ad copy and creative assets, landing pages, bidding strategies, audiences and account structures, using Google Ads Experiments and incrementality tests.
  • Bring the creative: write high-performing responsive search ads, email campaigns and social campaigns.
  • Keep tracking airtight: work with Product on conversion tracking and GA4 so bidding runs on accurate data.
  • Turn data into decisions: build clear reporting in GA4, Looker Studio and SQL, dig into search query and auction insights, and share recommendations leadership can act on.
  • Support the wider growth mix: partner with the team on SEO, email and affiliate to make sure paid search and other channels work together, not against each other.
  • Stay ahead of Google: track platform changes, betas and AI features, and bring new opportunities to the table before competitors do.

What Success Looks Like

  • In your first 90 days: you've audited our accounts, shipped quick wins, and presented a prioritized roadmap for growth.
  • Google Ads campaigns consistently meet or beat ROAS, CPA and revenue targets as spend scales.
  • A steady cadence of experiments is running, and winning tests are rolled out quickly.
  • Conversion tracking is trusted, and bidding decisions are based on clean, complete data.
  • Launch new email campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 + years of hands-on Google Ads experience, managing campaigns directly (not only overseeing an agency), ideally in e-commerce, travel or another high-volume, performance-driven business.
  • Proven results managing budgets with clear ownership of ROAS, CPA or revenue targets. You can talk numbers about what you've grown.
  • Deep expertise across campaign types: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen/YouTube, and feed-based campaigns through Merchant Center.
  • Strong command of Smart Bidding, value-based bidding, audience strategy, query mining and account structure.
  • Solid measurement skills: GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, consent mode and attribution.
  • Highly analytical: advanced Excel or Google Sheets and Looker Studio; comfortable with large datasets.
  • Creative instincts: you write sharp ad copy, think in hypotheses and know how to make an ad stand out in a crowded auction.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and Google Ads scripts or Editor to work faster and smarter.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Performance Max, Measurement) are an asset.
  • Curious, accountable and energized by a fast-paced environment where you own outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Hotel Ads, Travel campaigns or metasearch (Tripadvisor, Trivago, Kayak).
  • SQL skills and experience.
  • Experience with paid social.
  • Knowledge of incrementality testing, geo experiments or marketing mix modelling.
  • Exposure to SEO, email (Saleforce) or affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ, Awin).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
