Job Title Sales Performance Analyst

The Practical Detail Location: Tangerang, Indonesia Working model: On-site Contract type: Permanent

Why this role matters In your first year, you will establish a structured rhythm for monitoring sales performance, identifying gaps early, and driving corrective actions that keep business targets on track. This role bridges the gap between data and decision-making, ensuring that sales performance issues are not only spotted but resolved quickly. Your work will directly support stronger commercial execution and faster, better-informed decisions. At Flora Food Group, this means helping our teams deliver better food to more kitchens by making sure our sales efforts are precise and effective.

What you'll do

  • Monitor sales performance, key performance indicators, and data quality to spot risks and opportunities early.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Own regular performance reporting, delivering timely updates to the Business Insight Manager and Head of Sales.
  • Collaborate with Area Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to understand root causes of performance issues and align on corrective actions.
  • Improve reporting processes and data visibility to enable faster, more confident decision-making across the business.

Performance You will own the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of recurring sales performance reports, ensuring early identification and clear communication of business risks. Your insights will drive consistent follow-up and closure of actions with sales and marketing teams, improving commercial execution and business outcomes. Success will be measured by the quality and actionability of your reports, stakeholder satisfaction, and improvements in reporting efficiency and data quality.

Care You will report to the Business Insight Manager and work closely with a team that includes sales, marketing, and trade marketing professionals. This role requires strong collaboration across functions to ensure accountability and sustainable decision-making. Your work supports long-term business health by building reliable reporting routines and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Passion You are a curious and detail-oriented analyst who takes pride in turning data into meaningful stories that influence business decisions. Your passion for precision and clarity helps the sales team deliver on their goals, ultimately supporting Flora Food Group’s mission to provide better food solutions. You understand the importance of taste, nutrition, and functionality in our products and how commercial performance enables these qualities to reach consumers.

About you You bring strong analytical skills and experience in sales or business performance analysis, with a proven ability to connect data to business drivers and actions. You are confident communicating with stakeholders, able to challenge and clarify to ensure follow-through. Your working style is proactive and independent, with a keen eye for detail and ownership of your work. You are comfortable managing multiple data sources and balancing recurring reporting with urgent business questions. You speak business-level Bahasa Indonesia and have working proficiency in English.

You are genuinely interested in food culture and curious about how consumer behavior and future food trends shape innovation. You understand that strong brands are built by anticipating what’s next in taste, nutrition and functionality, and by translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences.

Where this could lead to This role typically leads to positions such as Senior Business Analyst, Business Insight Manager, or roles in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Revenue Growth Management. Growth depends on your performance and career interests, offering a clear path to broader commercial strategy roles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
