Seit der Gründung im Jahr 1998 stehen wir für erstklassiges Investmentmanagement mit einem fundamental orientierten Analyseansatz. Unser Ziel ist es, unsere Kunden dabei zu unterstützen, ihre finanziellen Ziele nachhaltig zu erreichen.

Zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzfunktion bauen wir derzeit Teile der Buchhaltung intern auf und entwickeln unsere System- und Prozesslandschaft weiter. Dafür suchen wir an unserem Standort in Köln einen erfahrenen Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), der nicht nur Abschlüsse erstellt, sondern aktiv mitgestaltet. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Betreuung von Aufgaben in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Systemen und Abläufen sowie anschließende Umsetzung– insb. im Zuge der geplanten Einführung eines neuen Finanzsystems
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling, Steuern, HR und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern (z. B. Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer)

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Accounting, Rechnungswesen, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise ergänzt durch (erste) Erfahrungen in der Optimierung von Prozessen, Systemen oder Abläufen im Rechnungswesen
  • Kenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
  • Darüber hinaus: Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Systemen und Prozessen, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und Gestaltungswille sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
