Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams IT-Governance & Architektur am Standort Köln suchen wir einen Spezialisten IT-Governance (m/w/d), der Spaß daran hat unsere IT-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren.

Die enge Anbindung an die Geschäftsführung und die IT-Leitung schafft kurze Entscheidungswege und ermöglicht die frühzeitige Übernahme von Verantwortung. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen IT-Einheiten und Fachbereichen wirkt das Team aktiv an unternehmensweiten Themen mit und erhält dabei vielfältige Einblicke in die Gesamtorganisation.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der IT- Prozesse im Rahmen des IT-Governance-Frameworks zur effizienten, transparenten und zuverlässigen Bereitstellung von IT-Dienstleistungen
  • Operative Betreuung der Identity & Access Management (IAM)-Prozesse mit Schwerpunkt auf der zentralen IAM-Anwendung und Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Lifecycle-Management, Rollenmodellen, Rezertifizierungsprozessen sowie Segregation-of-Duties-Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der Überwachung und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Monitoring, Audits und die Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen IT-Security, den Kontrollfunktionen und unseren Fachabteilungen zur Abstimmung von Governance- und IAM- Themen
  • Ansprechperson für interne und externe Prüfer im Rahmen von Compliance-, Governance- und IAM-relevanten Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ relevanter beruflicher Werdegang mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise Berufserfahrung mit regulatorischen Frameworks – wünschenswert im Finanzumfeld, z. B. DORA, MaRisk, BAIT
  • Kenntnisse: Gutes Grundverständnis von IT-Prozessen, IT-Systemen und Verzeichnisdiensten sowie idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung mit IAM-Plattformen (z. B. SailPoint IdentityNow)
  • Darüber hinaus: Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
