The posting

Flowserve is seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-minded Global Product Manager / Offering Manager to lead commercial strategy for our Aftermarket Parts product family across the Flow Control Division (Valves & Automation). Unlike traditional equipment product management roles that center solely on mechanical design, this strategic business leadership position owns the lifecycle, profitability, and commercial framework of our aftermarket parts business.

In this role, you will define and execute the global commercial roadmap to scale aftermarket parts revenue, engineer structured repair kit and kitting programs, establish disciplined pricing models, and direct end-of-life (EOL) transition strategies. You will partner closely with Global Services & Solutions operations, Certified Service Centers, Strategic Business Management and regional commercial teams while expanding our Go-To-Market Model, including digital e-commerce channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Parts Portfolio Strategy: Own and execute the global commercial and growth strategy for aftermarket replacement parts across Flow Control (isolation valves, control valves, and actuation.
  • Kitting & Solutions Development: Design, package, and scale standardized maintenance kits and repair packages to drive customer reliability, lift order values, and streamline plant turnaround ordering.
  • Pricing & Margin Optimization: Lead strategic pricing models, value-based pricing, and margin defense initiatives to achieve aggressive aftermarket profitability targets.
  • Lifecycle & EOL Management: Formulate end-of-life and mature product strategies, balancing legacy parts continuity against upgrades and migration paths with global supply chain.
  • Channel & E-Commerce Expansion: Advance go-to-market channel strategies across company-owned facilities, Certified Service Centers, and digital e-commerce platforms to accelerate parts accessibility.
  • Multi-Year Strategic Roadmap: Establish and maintain a five-year strategic roadmap using voice-of-customer (VoC) and competitive market insights to capture global market share.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with supply chain, sales engineering, and service center teams to align parts availability, regional inventory stocking, and customer fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Aftermarket Commercial Operations, Product/Offering Management, Aftermarket Supply Chain, or Technical Sales within heavy industrial manufacturing.
  • Functional Leadership: 3+ years in a commercial, marketing, or offering management role delivering measurable revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Commercial & Lifecycle Acumen: Demonstrated success in spare parts packaging, kitting strategies, strategic pricing tiers, or lifecycle/EOL governance.
  • Industry Background: Strong operational familiarity with industrial manufacturing sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Power Generation, Energy, or Flow Control (valves, pumps, or rotating equipment).
  • Matrix Adaptability: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, influence global cross-functional stakeholders, and implement operational change across multiple regions.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

  • Annual performance bonus plan
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
