  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den dir zugewiesenen Turnaround
  • Du koordinierst den Turnaround in Abstimmung mit dem OPS-Agent
  • Du hast den Überblick über die dir zugeteilten Boardingprozesse und die Flugzeugabfertigungen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Mitarbeiter deiner Abfertigungspositionen und stellst eine sichere und pünktliche Flugzeugabfertigung sicher
  • Du sorgst für eine sichere Abfertigung nach Ground Operations Manual der jeweiligen Airline und der Allgate
  • Du bist während der Schicht erster Ansprechpartner für den OPS-Agent
  • Du reportest regelmäßig über besondere Vorkommnisse an den OPS-Agent und den Ground Handling Manager und dokumentierst diese
  • Du bist für die Überprüfung (Walkaround) am LFZ bei Ankunft und Abflug verantwortlich
  • Du stellst die korrekte Beladung sicher
  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für die Piloten und stellst die Dokumentation bereit
  • Du dokumentierst die Zeitstempel der verschiedenen Abfertigungsprozesse am Flugzeug während des Turnarounds
  • Du bist für die Passagierführung auf dem Vorfeld verantwortlich

Das hast du im Gepäck

  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in allen Bereichen der Flugzeugabfertigung und den einzelnen Prozessen
  • Du bringst Erfahrung bei der Flugzeugabfertigung von Airlinern mit
  • Du wendest die Regularien der Airline sowie IATA- & EASA-Standards sicher an
  • Du kennst die Prozesse und Vorgehen bei Unregelmäßigkeiten
  • Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit den Airline Systemen
  • Du sprichst sicher Englisch und Deutsch
  • Du hast eine hohe Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit und arbeitest lösungsorientiert
