Das machst du bei uns

  • Du bist regelmäßig auf der Verkaufsfläche präsent und übernimmst dort eine aktive Store-Manager-Funktion. Dabei stellst Du sicher, dass operative Abläufe im Shop reibungslos funktionieren und unsere Service- und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.
  • Du steuerst und koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass Kassenbesetzungen, Kundenberatung, Warenpräsentation sowie die Logistikprozesse zuverlässig umgesetzt werden.
  • Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst ein multinationales Team von rund 20 Verkaufs- und Logistikmitarbeitenden und stellst eine strukturierte sowie zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit im Tagesgeschäft sicher.
  • Du führst regelmäßig Mitarbeiter- und Feedbackgespräche
  • Du verantwortest die operative Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts sowie die Dienst- und Personaleinsatzplanung. Darüber hinaus begleitest Du Recruiting-Prozesse (z. B. Interviews und Probetage) und arbeitest in diesem Zusammenhang eng mit HR zusammen.
  • Du stellst eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation, die korrekte Warenplatzierung sowie den notwendigen Warendruck sicher und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für ein attraktives Erscheinungsbild des Shops.
  • Du setzt Verkaufsaktionen (Special Offers) um.
  • Du wirkst bei Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren mit.
  • Du arbeitest überwiegend von Montag bis Freitag im Duty-Free-Shop (Schichtdienst max. 20 %).

Das hast du im Gepäck

  • Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in einem serviceorientierten Umfeld (Hotellerie, Gastro)
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende im Arbeitsalltag zu steuern und zu motivieren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (v. a. Excel und Word)
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude an der operativen Steuerung des Shop Geschäfts
  • Zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Dazu zählen unter anderem die Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutzvorgaben, Qualifikationsstandards, Compliance-Richtlinien sowie die Verantwortung für die Sicherheit deines Teams. Du unterstützt, förderst und motivierst deine Mitarbeitenden und gestaltest ein Arbeitsumfeld, das von Vertrauen, offener Kommunikation und einer konstruktiven Fehlerkultur geprägt ist. Dabei setzt du klare Prioritäten im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen, triffst fundierte Entscheidungen und übernimmst Verantwortung – als unverzichtbares Zahnrad im Möglichmacher-Getriebe auf dem Weg zum führenden Low-Cost Flughafen in Deutschland

Dabei verbindest Du die Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts mit der Führung und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe sowie die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards.
