Entrerai a far parte del nostro team Customer Care Operations, un punto di riferimento essenziale per garantire agli utenti un’esperienza positiva, affidabile e di alta qualità.

In questo ruolo avrai l’opportunità di interagire ogni giorno con i clienti attraverso diversi canali, rispondendo alle loro esigenze in modo chiaro, professionale ed empatico. Fin dal tuo primo giorno, seguirai un percorso formativo che ti permetterà di acquisire familiarità con strumenti, procedure e modalità operative, ricevendo aggiornamenti costanti per lavorare sempre con sicurezza e competenza.

Lavorerai in un ambiente dinamico, collaborativo e orientato al miglioramento continuo, dove ogni interazione è un’occasione per costruire relazioni di fiducia e offrire un supporto efficace. In particolare ti occuperai delle seguenti attività: • Gestire phone, chat ed e-mail; • Seguire gli “script” di comunicazione quando si trattano argomenti diversi; • Identificare le esigenze dei clienti, chiarire le informazioni, ricercare ogni problema e fornire soluzioni e/o alternative; • Costruire relazioni sostenibili e coinvolgere i clienti facendo uno sforzo in più; • Gestire i clienti fornendo risposte accurate e soddisfacenti alle loro domande e preoccupazioni; • Guidare i clienti, offrendo assistenza e supporto.

Chi sei: • Hai almeno 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile; • Sei proattivo, flessibile, innovativo e determinato; • Possiedi un ottimo italiano, sia parlato che scritto.

Preferibilmente hai anche: • Capacità di lavorare in gruppo e problem solving; • Eccellenti capacità di multitasking e gestione efficace del tempo.
