The posting

Als Contractmanager bij Flux CP ben jij betrokken bij complexe toonaangevende bouwprojecten in diverse sectoren, variërend van projecten met impact op de energietransitie, infraprojecten tot toonaangevende hoogbouw en datacenter projecten. Deze bevinden zich in heel Europa.

In jouw rol als Contractmanager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en contractuele status van het project. Jij zorgt samen met je medeadviseurs dat de contractuele risico’s worden beheerst. Waarbij je adviseert en onderhandelt namens de klant over noodzakelijke contractuele aanpassingen. Jij behoudt de rust en probeert conflicten te voorkomen, alhoewel je de zakelijke confrontatie niet schuwt.

Daarnaast bestaat de mogelijkheid om (internationale) claimteams te begeleiden, waarbij je door middel van het toepassen van internationale onderzoeksmethodes samen met een team van specialisten de mogelijke vertragingsoorzaken van een bouwproject analyseert. Deze analyse is de inzet van de rechtszaak waarbij jij als adviseur de spil bent tussen advocaat en de klant.

Je brengt het volgende mee:

Je hebt ervaring met multidisciplinaire projecten en aantoonbare kennis van geïntegreerde (internationale) contractvormen is een pre. Daarnaast verwachten we van jou dat je jouw kennis inzet om onze junioren te trainen en begeleiden, waarbij wij jou weer de mogelijkheid bieden om je leiderschapskwaliteiten verder te ontwikkelen. Verder:

  • Heb je een HBO/WO diploma (bij voorkeur een juridisch analytische studie)
  • Heb je minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol
  • Ervaring met verschillende contractvormen als UAV-GC, UAV en Bouwteam is een pré
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands
  • Bezit je een flinke dosis ondernemerschap
  • Je bent in staat om innovatief te denken en doet dit ook graag
