The posting

We zoeken ervaren omgevingsmanagers die willen werken aan projecten die ertoe doen en impact maken op de leefomgeving.

Als Senior Omgevingsmanager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het conditioneren van de omgeving binnen projecten. Je pakt een strategische rol en hebt scherp inzicht in alle belangen en dynamieken rondom een project. Je weet precies wie je wanneer moet betrekken en schakelt moeiteloos met de juiste stakeholders.

Je kent de omgeving en begrijpt wie voor en tegen is en waarom. Je schakelt met een breed scala aan stakeholders: van bewoners en ondernemers tot aannemers en overheden. Daarnaast zorg je voor een strakke organisatie van vergunningen binnen het project.

Je neemt collega’s mee in ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied, zoals de Omgevingswet. Met jouw netwerk en resultaten draag je actief bij aan het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten. Met jouw ervaring maak je het verschil in projecten en voor je collega’s.

Projecten

Je werkt aan projecten in de Randstad, zoals infrastructurele projecten, gebiedsontwikkelingen en grootschalige onderhoudsprogramma’s.

Je werkt in IPM-georganiseerde teams samen met onze opdrachtgevers. Je neemt een actieve rol in binnen het team: je denkt mee, geeft tegenspraak en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor andere IPM-rolhouders.
