The posting

Avora is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Executive Sales Representative to support aircraft sales across the Balkans.

As a front-line commercial representative, you will be responsible for driving new aircraft sales across the authorized product portfolio and managing the complete sales cycle — from identifying and approaching prospective customers to aircraft demonstrations, commercial negotiations, closing and delivery handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete aircraft sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, product presentation, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations and closing
  • Proactively identify and approach new customers through direct outreach, airfield visits, referral networks and aviation events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with flight training organisations, private aircraft owners, commercial operators and other aviation decision-makers
  • Conduct product presentations and coordinate aircraft demonstrations and demo flights, presenting aircraft configurations, avionics, performance and operating economics
  • Maintain strong and up-to-date knowledge of the aircraft portfolio, market positioning and competitive advantages
  • Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate aircraft configuration, pricing, lead times and delivery arrangements
  • Work closely with financing and leasing partners to support customers throughout the purchasing process
  • Support customers with relevant import/export documentation, customs and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and opportunity data in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, pricing and new product launches across the assigned territory
  • Represent the company at airshows, flight school events and other aviation industry events across the Balkans
  • Support the aircraft delivery process and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the after-sales journey

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in aircraft sales, high-value capital equipment or aviation-related sales is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to independently generate sales opportunities and manage long and complex sales cycles
  • Experience with high-value commercial negotiations and closing transactions
  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry and general aviation market
  • Ability to confidently engage with pilots, flight training organizations, aircraft owners and technical decision-makers
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, Aerospace Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced level of English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across the assigned Balkan territory
  • Genuine interest in aviation and strong commercial awareness
  • A valid Private Pilot Lisence (PPL) or higher aviation qualification is strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 200 flight hours is required for candidates expected to conduct aircraft demonstration flights
  • Good understanding of piston aircraft, modern glass cockpit avionics and aircraft performance is considered a strong advantage

What We Offer

  • International experience in a fast-growing organization;
  • Attractive remuneration based on work experience and qualifications;
  • Interesting work in a dynamic environment within a friendly team;
  • Company benefits

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
