Sobre a oportunidade

Você não vai entrar para apenas “gerenciar campanhas”. Aqui, tráfego é parte central da operação.

Buscamos um Gestor de Tráfego Pleno para assumir campanhas de alto volume, trabalhar diretamente com performance e participar de uma operação que escala todos os dias.

Queremos alguém que já tenha vivido o campo de batalha do tráfego, entenda os desafios das plataformas e tenha cases de resultado reais para compartilhar.

O que você vai fazer

  • Subir, gerenciar e escalar campanhas em Meta Ads com foco em conversão em vendas.
  • Otimizar campanhas diariamente, extraindo o máximo de ROI e identificando o que está funcionando.
  • Identificar padrões de performance (ângulos, ofertas, criativos) e direcionar o time de Copywriting com base nesses insights.
  • Configuração de pixels e integrações com ferramentas de marketing para garantir a atribuição correta e acompanhamento das conversões (Redtrack).
  • Analisar o desempenho das campanhas, identificar tendências e padrões, e ajustar estratégias conforme necessário para melhorar o desempenho.
  • Garantir que todos os ativos como contas, BMs e etc, estejam em conformidade com as melhores práticas e sempre prontas para sustentar escalas progressivas sem riscos.

O que buscamos

  • Experiência avançada na gestão de campanhas em Meta Ads.
  • Ter gerenciado pelo menos R$ 1 milhão em Meta Ads.
  • Conhecimento avançado em contingência no Meta Ads.
  • Domínio de tracking (Redtrack, Utmify, Keitaro, entre outros).
  • Domínio avançado de indicadores como CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS e ROI para tomada de decisão e projeção de escala.
  • Disponibilidade full-time para a operação.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com Direct Response no nicho de nutracêuticos no mercado brasileiro.
  • Vivência em outros canais de aquisição (Google, Native, TikTok, Kwai).
