Estamos buscando um profissional de Tecnologia para atuar diretamente na construção de soluções que tornem nossa operação mais eficiente.

A FlyNow é uma empresa de Direct Response e E-commerce (DTC), com uma estrutura robusta que vem alcançando resultados expressivos. Agora, queremos levar essa operação para outro nível: identificar processos que podem ser automatizados, desenvolver ferramentas próprias e usar tecnologia e IA para ganhar velocidade e eficiência.

O que você vai fazer

Você terá bastante autonomia e será responsável por tocar projetos de tecnologia do início ao fim, desde entender o problema junto à área solicitante até desenvolver, testar e colocar a solução em funcionamento.

No dia a dia, você poderá:

  • Entender gargalos e oportunidades dentro da operação;
  • Propor soluções utilizando desenvolvimento, automação e inteligência artificial;
  • Desenvolver aplicações e ferramentas internas;
  • Atuar tanto no back-end quanto no front-end;
  • Integrar APIs, ferramentas e diferentes tecnologias;
  • Estruturar soluções de IA aplicadas a problemas reais da operação;
  • Fazer testes, ajustes e melhorias contínuas nas soluções desenvolvidas;
  • Trabalhar diretamente com as áreas do negócio para entender necessidades e transformar problemas em soluções tecnológicas.

O que buscamos

  • Experiência de pelo menos 3 anos como desenvolvedor(a);
  • Bom domínio de back-end e front-end;
  • Experiência avançada com inteligência artificial, automações e integrações;
  • Capacidade de desenvolver soluções de ponta a ponta, de forma independente;
  • Perfil mão na massa, autônomo e orientado à resolução de problemas;
  • Capacidade de entender um problema de negócio e transformá-lo em uma solução tecnológica;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e facilidade para trabalhar próximo às áreas da operação.

Será um diferencial se você tiver

  • Formação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da
  • Computação ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência em empresas ou operações de marketing digital, especialmente Direct Response, e-commerce, performance ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência desenvolvendo ferramentas internas, automações ou soluções voltadas para ganho de eficiência operacional;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação full time.
