Job Description:
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality core project types under the direction of experienced account team colleagues and alongside active participation in Fuel.

Medical Writing
- Under the direction of experienced account team members, develop a range of core project types for different target audiences, formats, and levels of creativity to meet client needs.
- Objectively evaluate scientific literature/data and develop critical thinking skills, highlighting concerns around interpretation or accuracy. Suggest possible solutions.
- Based upon knowledge acquired, translate data into high-quality, scientifically sound, grammatically correct, and creative materials as required by assigned account(s).
- Learn and progress from project to project to produce accurate and effective communication materials that meet the project brief and client needs, reflect the direction of external experts, and conform to relevant style guides/guidelines and industry standards.
- Effectively brief other account team members, including Editors, Editorial Coordinators, and Presentations Support, as appropriate for the role.
- Work to required timelines and deadlines; highlight and discuss concerns with relevant colleagues; contribute to identifying and implementing solutions.
- Participate in formal and on-the-job training; complete assigned training to the required standard and within the given timeframes. Provide feedback on training to support program development.
- Work with and support other entry-level team members; share knowledge and ideas to inspire others.
Team Working
- Input into account team meetings as appropriate, alert colleagues to potential challenges regarding project work/deadlines, and respond to internal queries promptly.
- Work under the direction of more experienced account team members and follow briefs.
- Plan own workload, with support when required, and deliver multiple concurrent projects to deadlines.
- Recognize when to ask for support and guidance and ask appropriate questions to work toward solutions.
- Accept support from line manager/mentors/medical team leads to adapt to agency life and build confidence, business knowledge, and personal profile.



Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
