A-kassebogholderi teamet er en del af FOA Økonomi med 17 kolleger organiseret i 5 selvstyrende teams. Vi er et team på 3 kolleger, der står for tilbagebetalingssager, tilbagebetaling af efterlønsbidrag, aconto betalinger, afregninger til STAR, SKAT og ATP, udbetalingsregnskaber, frivillige forlig, renteberegninger, overdragelse til Gældsstyrelsen og advokat og A-kassens skemaregnskab.

I teamet ønsker vi en bred vidensdeling. Vi rokerer ofte opgaver og hjælper hinanden.

Vi søger en kollega som:

  • har en bred bogholderierfaring og en god regnskabsforståelse
  • gerne må have erfaring med bogholderi ift. a-kasselovgivning (det er ikke et krav)
  • har erfaring med debitorpleje/kundeservice både skriftligt og i telefonen. Da der er tale om tilbagebetalingssager, kan samtalerne nogle gange være svære.
  • er fortrolig med Excel
  • har systemforståelse/systemnysgerrighed
  • i tæt samarbejde med IT-afdelingen og A-kassen implementerer nye tiltag sammen med de andre kolleger i teamet
  • kan arbejde selvstændigt, systematisk og ikke mindst omhyggeligt

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår aftales i henhold til gældende intern overenskomst. Dertil kommer en arbejdsgiverbetalt pensionsordning på 15,5 %, et ferietillæg på 3 % og et fritvalgstillæg på 3,65 %. Vi optjener 6 ugers ferie i det første ansættelsesår og efter ét års ansættelse, optjener vi 7 ugers ferie.
