Les sites intégrés dans le tissu économique local permettent aux personnes d'apprendre et d'exercer différents métiers en bénéficiant d'un accompagnement tout au long de leur vie professionnelle. Pour notre pôle Partenariats entreprises, nous sommes à la recherche d'un ou d'une \\Responsable de pôle\\ ------------------------ \\Votre mission\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\ Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le développement et le rayonnement du secteur Ateliers en prenant la responsabilité du pôle Partenariats entreprises et de ses différentes implantations. Vous fédérez les équipes autour d'une ambition commune : assurer un accompagnement socioprofessionnel de qualité, adapté aux besoins des CEA, tout en développant des collaborations répondant aux besoins des entreprises partenaires. Vous veillez à la cohérence des pratiques d'accompagnement et favorisez le développement des compétences des équipes. Vous développez activement de nouveaux partenariats, analysez les besoins des entreprises et construisez des solutions adaptées aux possibilités du secteur et aux besoins des CEA. Grâce à votre connaissance du monde de l'entreprise et du domaine du handicap, vous représentez la Sgipa auprès des partenaires, négociez les modalités de collaboration et contribuez à promouvoir l'inclusion professionnelle. Acteur ou actrice du développement institutionnel, vous contribuez aux réflexions stratégiques du secteur et portez des projets transversaux qui soutiennent son évolution. \\Votre profil\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\ Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure dans le domaine social (ES ou HES), complétée par une formation en gestion d'équipe et conduite de projet de type CAS ; Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance du monde de l'entreprise et d'une expérience dans le développement de relations commerciales ou partenariales, vous permettant d'analyser les besoins, de négocier et de représenter l'institution auprès de différents interlocuteurs ; Vous disposez d'une expérience ou de compétences avérées en management d'équipe et gestion de projet, et êtes à l'aise dans un environnement multisite ; Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'accompagnement socioprofessionnel, du domaine du handicap et des enjeux liés à l'inclusion professionnelle ; Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités relationnelles et de communication, et savez créer et entretenir des relations de confiance avec des partenaires ; Vous disposez de bonnes capacités d'organisation et d'analyse, ainsi que d'une aisance dans le suivi administratif, budgétaire et la gestion des ressources ; Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels et êtes à l'aise avec les outils de suivi et de gestion.
