Les sites intégrés dans le tissu économique local permettent aux personnes d-apprendre et d-exercer différents métiers en bénéficiant d-un accompagnement tout au long de leur vie professionnelle.

Responsable de pôle ##

Votre mission\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_

Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le développement et le rayonnement du secteur Ateliers en prenant la responsabilité du pôle Espaces verts et de ses deux sites.

Vous fédérez les équipes autour d-une ambition commune : assurer un accompagnement socioprofessionnel de qualité, adapté aux besoins des CEA, tout en proposant des prestations de qualité répondant aux attentes des clients.

Vous veillez à la cohérence des pratiques d-accompagnement et favorisez le développement des compétences des équipes.

Grâce à votre expertise des métiers des espaces verts, vous entretenez et développez les relations avec les clients et contribuez à identifier de nouvelles perspectives pour les activités du pôle.

Acteur ou actrice du développement institutionnel, vous contribuez aux réflexions stratégiques du secteur et portez des projets transversaux qui soutiennent son évolution.

Votre profil\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_

Vous êtes au bénéfice d-une formation supérieure dans le domaine social (ES ou HES), complétée par une formation en gestion d-équipe et conduite de projet de type CAS ;

Vous disposez d-une qualification reconnue dans le domaine des espaces verts, ainsi que d-une solide expérience professionnelle vous permettant de superviser les activités ;

Vous disposez d-une expérience ou de compétences avérées en management d-équipe et gestion de projet ;

Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l-accompagnement socioprofessionnel et des enjeux liés au travail avec des personnes en situation de handicap ;

Vous êtes à l-aise dans les relations avec les clients et partenaires et disposez de bonnes capacités de communication ;

Vous disposez de bonnes capacités d-organisation et d-analyse, ainsi que d-une aisance dans le suivi administratif, budgétaire et la gestion des ressources ;

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels et êtes à l-aise avec les outils de suivi et de gestion.

Taux d-activité : 90%

Date d-entrée : à convenir
