UN FORMATEUR Filière ASSISTANT DE SERVICE SOCIAL (H/F)

Bienvenue au sein de la Fondation Œuvre de la Croix Saint-Simon.

Acteur majeur dans les secteurs sanitaires et médico-sociaux aux services des personnes vulnérables de la naissance à la fin de vie.

L’institut de formation de travail social (IFTS) , situé au 158 rue de Bagnolet à Paris, dispense une formation professionnelle initiale dans le champ du social et prépare au diplôme d’Etat d’Assistant de Service Social (DEASS).

L’accompagnement des étudiants est un principe fort du projet pédagogique de l’établissement, dans le respect et la bientraitance des personnes qui sont formées.

L’IFTS met en œuvre une pédagogie active et innovante, en groupe restreints et un parcours de stage individualisé.

Vos responsabilités

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice et au Coordinateur de l’IFTS, vous assurez la formation des étudiants, en respect des textes réglementaires et en référence au projet pédagogique. Vous mettez en place et animez les actions de formation, en organisant les conditions d’apprentissage nécessaires à l’obtention du DEASS.

A ce titre vos principales missions sont :

· Dispenser un enseignement sur l’intervention professionnelles en travail social sur la base du référentiel de formation du diplôme d’assistant de service social.

· Construire et mettre en place un dispositif de formation.

· Préparer et corriger les évaluations.

· Accompagner un groupe d’étudiants dans leur formation (entretiens individuels, guidances de mémoire, visites en stage) de la sélection à la diplomation.

· Participer aux processus de sélections et concours d’admission.

· Formaliser et suivre les activités pédagogiques et les pratiques de formation.

· Gérer les dossiers pédagogiques des étudiants.

· Contribuer aux missions transversales : groupes de travail, démarche qualité, actions de communication.

Vous avez

· Un diplôme d Etat d’Assistant de Service Social complété par : un Doctorat (acquis ou en cours d’acquisition),ou un master 2 en Sciences Humaines et Sociales ;

· Une expérience de trois ans minimum sur un poste similaire ;

· Une maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques ;

· Des qualités relationnelles : écoute, communication, esprit d’équipe.
