Un Infirmier (H/F)

Bienvenue au sein de la Fondation Œuvre de la Croix Saint-Simon.

Acteur majeur dans les secteurs sanitaires et médico-sociaux aux services des personnes vulnérables de la naissance à la fin de vie.

Située au 23 rue Guy Môquet à Villejuif, la maison de retraite Antoine de Saint Exupéry est un Établissement d'Hébergement pour Personnes âgées Dépendantes (EHPAD), intégralement habilité à l'aide sociale, nous accueillons les personnes âgées à partir de 60 ans, vivant seules ou en couple, quel que soit leur niveau d'autonomie.

L’établissement dispose de 160 places dont 2 UVP, 8 places de temporaires (dont 3 places séquentielles nuit), 10 places de Centre d’accueil de jour à installer et un projet PASA à installer.

Vos responsabilités

Sous la responsabilité de l’infirmière coordonnatrice, au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous avez pour principale mission de réaliser, contrôler les soins infirmiers et accompagner les résidents.

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous êtes en charge de :

- Surveiller l’évolution de l’état de santé des résidents.

- Assister le médecin lors des soins.

- Rédiger et mettre à jour le dossier de soins des résidents.

- Organiser la prise des rendez-vous de consultations.

- Gérer le suivi des hospitalisations et retour des CRH.

- Gérer les stocks des DM avec l’IDEC.

- Encadrer les aides-soignantes en cas d’absence de l’IDEC.

- Participer à l’élaboration des projets d’accompagnement personnalisé des résidents.

Vous avez

- Un diplôme d’Etat Infirmier.

- Connaissance des besoins des personnes âgées, des pathologies liées au vieillissement.

- Le sens des responsabilités, de l’organisation.

- Un esprit curieux et une personnalité dynamique.
