Un Technicien Système et Réseaux (H/F)

CDD à Temps Plein de 2 mois

Bienvenue au sein de la Fondation Œuvre de la Croix Saint-Simon.

Acteur majeur dans les secteurs sanitaires et médico-sociaux aux services des personnes vulnérables de la naissance à la fin de vie.

Notre projet institutionnel est de proposer une approche globale et diversifiée d’accueil, d’accompagnement, de soins ou de prise en charge médicale en Ile-de-France.

Vos responsabilités

Rattaché(e) au responsable du service Infrastructure et Support, vous travaillez sur le système d’information de la Fondation.

Vous assurerez notamment les missions suivantes :

· Maintenance préventive et curative :

o Effectuer des contrôles réguliers des postes de travail pour prévenir les pannes

o Nettoyer et optimiser les systèmes pour garantir leurs performances

o Résoudre les problèmes de niveau 1 de connectivité réseau, d’accès aux serveurs et aux applications.

o Etablir le diagnostic et escalader les incidents complexes aux administrateurs

o Intervenir dans une baie informatique en vue d’installer, de modifier ou de supprimer un élément rackable ou de brasser tout ou partie du réseau de distribution

· Sécurité :

o Mettre en place et maintenir des mesures de sécurité pour protéger le réseau et les systèmes informatiques contre les menaces internes et externes en lien avec les dispositions en vigueur.

o Former les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques d’hygiène de sécurité informatique.

o Réagir aux incidents de sécurité et prendre des mesures correctives de premiers soins

Vous avez

- Diplôme de type BAC + 2 en informatique orientée infrastructure.

- Expérience de minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire.

- Une certification CCNA est un plus

- Connaissance des environnements et des technologies des serveurs Microsoft : AD CS, MDT, WSUS, DFS, Ferme RDS

- Compréhension des composantes de la gestion de l’identité : SSO, SAMLv2, Active Directory

- Compréhension globale d’une architecture réseau multisites et de ses composantes

- Connaissance des technologies et des protocoles réseaux : ACLs, trunking, LAG LACP/Etherchannel, NAT, vLAN, CDP/LLDP

- Maîtrise des technologies de Voix sur IP (Cisco WebEx),

- Maîtrise des solutions de ITSM comme GLPI (uniquement pour le traitement de ticket)
