Fondazione L’Albero della Vita (FADV) è un ente del Terzo Settore che opera da oltre 20 anni in Italia e nel mondo negli ambiti della protezione, migrazione, sviluppo, emergenza e tutela dell’infanzia. FADV promuove il benessere e i diritti di bambini, adolescenti e famiglie vulnerabili, attraverso interventi concreti, integrati e di lungo termine.

Chi cerchiamo?

Per il nostro programma di contrasto alla povertà educativa e marginalità sociale con sede a Genova (Genova Centrale e Sampierdarena), siamo alla ricerca di due figure educative part-time.

Principali attività:

  • Attività educative rivolte a famiglie e bambini 0–6 anni
  • Presenza come educatori di corridoio presso scuole primarie e secondarie di primo grado
  • Colloqui socio-educativi con le famiglie
  • Workshop con bambini e famiglie

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Scienze dell’Educazione, Scienze Pedagogiche o materie sociali/pedagogiche affini;
  • Almeno 2 anni maturati nel ruolo;
  • Spiccata predisposizione e motivazione a lavorare nell’area del sociale ed in particolare sulle tematiche relative al contrasto della povertà ed alla tutela di bambini/e e ragazzi/e;
  • Attitudine a lavoro in ambiente multiculturale;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di gestione dei conflitti;
  • Adesione a vision e mission de L’Albero della Vita e alla nostra Child Safeguarding policy.

Assunzione: CCNL Commercio, tempo determinato, part- time (19h settimanali)

Luogo di lavoro: Genova con interventi nelle zone di Sampierdarena e Genova Centro.

La ricerca è rivolta a tutti in accordo con la Legge 903/77 e 125/91.
