FADV promuove il benessere e i diritti di bambini, adolescenti e famiglie vulnerabili, attraverso interventi concreti, integrati e di lungo termine.

Chi cerchiamo?

La Fondazione è alla ricerca di un/una Donor Care & CRM Officer da inserire nell’area Raccolta Fondi e Comunicazione, con l’obiettivo di rafforzare le attività di relazione con i donatori.

La figura selezionata lavorerà in stretta sinergia con il team Fundraising e Comunicazione, contribuendo al miglioramento dei processi e all’efficacia delle attività di raccolta fondi.

La risorsa avrà un focus sul coordinamento operativo delle attività di Donor Care e sulla gestione del database donatori.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Coordinamento dei flussi operativi di Donor Care
  • Gestione delle relazioni con i donatori (telefono, email, inbound/outbound)
  • Supporto alla gestione del CRM e qualità dei dati
  • Gestione operazioni legate a donazioni (incassi, insoluti, modifiche)
  • Collaborazione con la funzione Database e supporto ai processi interni

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Triennale o Magistrale;
  • 2–4 anni in ruoli affini (CRM, donor care, database, direct marketing, customer care)
  • Preferibile esperienza pregressa nel settore no profit;
  • Indispensabile conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Buona dimestichezza nell’utilizzo dei principali strumenti di Microsoft Office 365;
  • Ottime competenze relazionali e comunicative;
  • Capacità di organizzazione del lavoro per obiettivi;

Assunzione: CCNL del Terziario della Distribuzione e dei Servizi / III Livello, full time 38 ore. La RAL indicativa per ciascuna posizione è compresa tra 25.000€ e 28.000€, in funzione della seniority e dell’esperienza maturata.

Luogo di lavoro: Uffici Centrali di Milano, Via Vittor Pisani 13.

Inizio previsto: settembre/ottobre 2026.
