Job Description

We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.

Enterprise Technology plays a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. If you’re looking for the chance to leverage advanced technology to redefine the transportation landscape, enhance the customer experience and improve people’s lives, this is the opportunity for you. Join us and challenge your IT expertise and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are.

Join Ford’s Enterprise Technology organization and help shape the global digital Ford.com and Lincoln.com non-vehicle ecommerce experience. The team is expanding how customers discover and purchase parts, accessories, and branded merchandise for both Ford and Lincoln online. As part of the global digital team, you will help make these shopping experiences useful, intuitive, and connected to the broader Ford and Lincoln brands.

In this position...

As the Non-Vehicle Ecommerce Group Product Manager for Parts, Accessories, and Merchandise, you will lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for the strategy and evolution of Ford.com and Lincoln.com non-vehicle ecommerce experiences. You will set product direction, translate customer and business needs into an actionable roadmap, and work with design, engineering, analytics, merchandising, marketing, and other partners to deliver and continuously improve the end-to-end shopping journey—which includes both customer-facing commerce experiences and foundational commerce platforms that enable the experiences such as Product Information Management (PIM), Pricing, Promotion, and Order Management Systems (OMS). You will use customer insights and performance data to prioritize opportunities, improve conversion and usability, and support growth across Ford and Lincoln parts, accessories, and merchandise.

Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a requirement to be onsite four or more days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates. Candidates who live in or are willing to relocate to Southeast Michigan are strongly preferred. The team collaborates across time zones, and availability during Eastern Time business hours is expected

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Leadership & strategy: Set direction, objectives, and priorities for the product management team, aligning its work with Enterprise Technology and Ford and Lincoln Non-Vehicle Commerce business goals.
  • Team leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of ecommerce product managers; provide coaching and support that strengthens product practice and delivery.
  • Portfolio and platform leadership: Lead a portfolio of ecommerce product teams responsible for the end-to end customer journey for both customer-facing Non-Vehicle Commerce experiences and foundational commerce platforms supporting Ford and Lincoln Parts, Accessories, and Branded Merchandise, including Product Information Management (PIM), Pricing, Promotion, and Order Management Systems (OMS) capabilities.
  • AI-enabled product strategy: Guide product strategy for key Non-Vehicle Commerce capabilities including search, recommendations, personalization, and AI-enabled customer experiences across Ford and Lincoln ecommerce platforms.
  • Emerging technology & industry leadership: Evaluate and apply emerging technologies and eCommerce insights, including AI and automation, to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and product team effectiveness and innovation.
  • Business outcomes & performance optimization: Own and monitor key Non-Vehicle Commerce metrics, customer feedback, and research to prioritize data-driven opportunities that improve conversion, revenue growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experimentation: Establish and scale a culture of experimentation by leveraging A/B testing, customer research, and analytics to validate opportunities and optimize customer experiences.
  • Omnichannel Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap that connect Ford and Lincoln Non-Vehicle Commerce experiences for Parts, Accessories, and Branded Merchandise across Ford.com, Lincoln.com, mobile applications, dealer touchpoints, marketplaces, and emerging commerce channels.
  • End-to-end product management: Guide products across the full ecommerce funnel, including discovery, browse, product detail, cart, checkout, and relevant post-purchase experiences.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the global digital Ford and Lincoln Non-Vehicle Commerce team, including design, engineering, analytics, merchandising, marketing, and operations, to align on outcomes and priorities.
  • Cross-functional delivery: Work closely with UX and engineering teams to shape requirements, make trade-offs, remove roadblocks, and deliver accessible, reliable, and engaging customer experiences.
  • Budget & resource management: Plan resources and manage budgets for product initiatives, ensuring investment is focused on agreed priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

You'll have...

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
