I rollen som sjuksköterska i Forenede Care är du en viktig del i organisationen och din kompetens och trivsel värdesätts högt. Du får en arbetsledande roll i teamet med möjligheter att påverka verksamheten.

Norshöjden är ett särskilt boende med inriktning på demensvård och har 64 platser, placerat på 8 olika avdelningar.

Norshöjden är beläget ca en kilometer utanför centrala Falun. I närområdet finns skog med gott om strövområden.

Vem är du?

Du är ansvarstagande, självständig och trygg med att göra prioriteringar och leda andra. Du trivs med att handleda personal i hälso- och sjukvårdsfrågor, och motiveras av att tillsammans med dina kollegor, organisera omvårdnaden på bästa sätt.

I din roll ingår att ha kontinuerlig dialog med närstående och informera vid förändringar i hälsotillståndet. Du samarbetar med sjuksköterskekollegor, fysioterapeut, arbetsterapeut, läkare och eventuellt andra, både interna och externa, kontakter för att säkerställa en god omvårdnad.

Beskrivning av tjänsten

Vi söker just nu en kollega för ett vikariat mellan 1/12-30/4 med möjlighet till förlängning. Sysselsättningsgrad 100%.

· Legitimerad sjuksköterska.

· Tidigare erfarenhet inom äldreomsorg krävs.

· Innan vi erbjuder anställning får du visa ett oöppnat utdrag ur polisens belastningsregister. Vi efterfrågar även ett giltigt svenskt arbetstillstånd, exempelvis ett pass eller godkänt arbetstillstånd från Migrationsverket.

· Hos oss jobbar vi i team såväl som självständigt så det är viktigt att du är bekväm i den miljön.

· B-körkort (arbetsbilen är automatväxlad).
