Support governance, reporting, information management and compliance activities. Build effective relationships and act as a key liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders. Identify competing priorities, emerging issues and administrative risks, escalating where appropriate. Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the way executive support is delivered.

About you You’re an accomplished Executive Assistant who can operate confidently in a complex and sensitive environment. Highly organised and proactive, you know how to anticipate what’s needed, manage competing demands and exercise discretion when dealing with confidential matters.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
