About Us: For Everyone is a Berlin-based non-profit focused on creating inclusive, creative spaces for connection, healing, and personal growth. We run workshops, events, and community initiatives that center wellbeing, art, and empowerment.

Role Title: Internship/Volunteer – Promotion & Partnerships Coordinator Location: Remote or Berlin-based Start Date: ASAP

About the Role: We're seeking an organized and outgoing volunteer to support the promotion of our workshops and events, and to help build meaningful partnerships with like-minded organizations, local spaces, and community groups.

Responsibilities:

In order to apply for the volunteering positionit is mandatory to have participated in one workshop.

  • Research and reach out to potential local partners (e.g. cafés, studios, community orgs)
  • Coordinate promotion through local listings, newsletters, and community boards
  • Help us expand our network by identifying collaboration opportunities
  • Assist with outreach and coordination for community events or pop-ups
  • Keep a light database of contacts and conversations

Ideal Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Comfort with outreach and follow-up (via email or phone)
  • Interest in local community development, wellness, or creative projects
  • Organized, proactive, and friendly personality
