About Us: For Everyone is a Berlin-based nonprofit dedicated to creating inclusive and creative spaces where people can connect, heal, and grow. Through workshops, events, and community programs, we foster belonging.

About the Role: We are looking for a creative Videographer to help us capture and edit engaging video content from our workshops and events, with a focus on creating short-form videos for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

In order to apply for the volunteering positionit is mandatory to have participated in one workshop.

  • Attend workshops/events to film highlights and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Edit videos into short, engaging clips optimized for social media (Reels/TikTok/Stories).
  • Collaborate with our marketing/content team to align videos with our brand and mission.
  • Suggest creative ideas to boost engagement and storytelling.
  • Ensure video content is delivered on time for campaigns and promotions.

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about videography, storytelling, and social media.
  • Skilled in video editing
  • Aware of current social media trends and how to adapt them.
  • Creative eye for capturing authentic and inspiring moments.
  • Organized and reliable, able to work independently.
