Zur Verstärkung unseres Verkaufs- und Beratungsteams in Westdeutschland suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit als

Account Manager / Futtermittelberater (m/w/d) ökologische Schweinehaltung

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Beratung unserer (potentiellen) Bio-Kunden bezüglich der ökologischen Fütterung und Haltung von Schweinen, basierend auf Deinen Beobachtungen im Stall und fachlichem Knowhow
  • Umsatzförderung und Neukundenakquise in Deinem Gebiet
  • Analyse von Marktentwicklungen und kommerziellen Möglichkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Beraterteam und Produktmanagement
  • Netzwerkpflege zu Partnerunternehmen und Verbänden

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Agrarwissenschaften oder eine landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit entsprechender Fortbildung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich ökologische Schweinehaltung von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • analytisches Denkvermögen, konzeptionelles Arbeiten & Teamfähigkeit
  • Begeisterung für echte individuelle Beratung und die Bio-Landwirtschaft
