Verfahrenstechnologen in der Mühlen- und Getreidewirtschaft (m/w/d) 2027

Deine Aufgaben und Ausbildungsinhalte:

  • Du lernst die komplexen und teils vollautomatisierten Anlagen in unserer Mühle zu Steuern, Überwachen und Warten.
  • Am Ende der Ausbildung bist Du Profi in der Herstellung von Futtermitteln und mit sämtlichen Produktionsschritten vertraut; von der Auftragserfassung, zur Verarbeitung der Waren bis zur Verladung der fertigen Produkte.
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Überprüfung und Sicherstellung der Produkt- und Rohwarenqualität, dafür erhältst Du ebenfalls Einblicke in die Arbeit im Labor.
  • Du lernst die Produktion optimal zu planen und interne und externe Vorgaben sowie Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards einzuhalten.
  • Um Störungen zu beheben und kleinere Wartungsarbeiten eigenständig durchzuführen arbeitest Du zudem zusammen mit unserer Technik.

Zusätz­lich zur betrieb­li­chen Aus­bil­dung absol­vie­rst Du den theo­re­ti­schen Teil der Aus­bil­dung im Block­un­ter­richt an der Müller­schule Wittingen. Die Kosten für Unterbringung, Verpflegung und An- & Abreise übernehmen selbstverständlich wir!

Dein Profil:

  • mindestens guter Hauptschulabschluss oder Realschulabschluss
  • Begeisterung für Technik und Lebensmittel
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
