Jij spreekt de taal van de boer, ziet kansen voordat een ander ze doorheeft en schakelt direct als er iets beschikbaar komt. Zodra producten binnenkomen, weet jij precies welke veehouder je moet bellen. Zo maak jij van circulaire grondstoffen waardevolle voeroplossingen.

In een aanbod gedreven markt draait het om snelheid, ondernemerschap en relaties. Zodra producten binnenkomen, weet jij welke veehouder je direct belt. Je werkt zelfstandig, pakt verantwoordelijkheid en durft keuzes te maken binnen jouw klantenportefeuille. Je onderhoudt contact met bestaande klanten, bouwt je netwerk uit en vertaalt reststromen naar waardevolle voeroplossingen. Samen met planning en verkoop zorg je voor een soepel proces en tevreden klanten. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je organiseert je werk voor een groot deel zelf en werkt vanuit Heijen, vanuit huis of vanaf één van de andere ForFarmers-locaties.

Zo maak jij het verschil

  • Jij zorgt dat circulaire restproducten en vloeibare voeders hun weg vinden naar veehouders.
  • Je handelt direct wanneer er aanbod is: snel schakelen, matchen en doorpakken.
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor veehouders: je luistert, denkt mee en adviseert.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig én samen met je team en schakelt nauw met planning en verkoop.
  • Je ziet kansen bij klanten en pakt ze zonder te wachten.

Dit breng je mee

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Affiniteit met of ervaring in de agrarische sector.
  • Commerciële ervaring óf de ambitie om jezelf hierin verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je schakelt makkelijk met ondernemers en bouwt graag relaties op.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en flexibel.
  • Kennis van voeders en rantsoenen is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. We leren je graag de inhoud van het vak.
